Damaged Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly via email at support@feelgooddept.com and include photos of the packaging and the affected item. We will take care of the issue as quickly as possible. (For Printful-based shipments, damages are usually resolved through a claim process.) Undeliverable Shipments / Incorrect Address If a package cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address, uncollected shipment), it will usually be returned to the sender. Reshipping costs will apply if the original address was incorrect or the shipment was not accepted or collected. Customs & Import Duties (Outside the EU) For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are generally borne by the recipient.
