- Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has received the goods. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (feelgood DEPT., Schalkwiesenweg 39, 60488 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Email: support@feelgooddept.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

- Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the goods, excluding return shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

- Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

- Exclusion / Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods: that are not prefabricated, and for which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. personalized items or custom-made products).

- Special Regulation for Print-on-Demand Products 

As our products are individually produced only after an order is placed (print-on-demand), the following applies: No free exchanges for: incorrect size selection dislike of the product change of mind Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

- Free Replacement in Case of: 

Production defects misprints damaged goods In these cases, we offer a free replacement or refund, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery. For verification, we require: a short description of the issue clear photos showing the defect (Processing is handled via our production partner, e.g. Printful.)
