§1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop feelgood DEPT. www.feelgooddept.com A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
§2 Contract Partner & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with feelgood DEPT. Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. By clicking “Buy Now”, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or shipment of the goods.
§3 Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed before checkout.
§4 Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. feelgood DEPT. operates using a dropshipping model. Delivery times vary by product and destination.
§5 Payment Methods
Available payment methods include:

Payment is charged immediately after order placement.
§6 Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form are provided separately.
§8 Returns
Returns are handled according to the withdrawal policy. Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from withdrawal where applicable.
§9 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§10 Liability
Unlimited liability applies in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.
§11 Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
§12 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
